This is a smoke free/vape free event with designated smoking areas provided for patrons

Gang colours, clothing or paraphernalia are NOT permitted

All cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited on festival grounds and can be cause for refusal of entry or removal from premises;

The following behaviours are grounds for non-admittance, ejection and/or prosecution:

  • Rowdiness, violent or aggressive behaviour
  • Use or possession of illegal narcotics
  • Vandalism or theft
  • Showing signs of intoxication
  • Engaging in conduct that may cause harm to yourself or others
  • Disobeying any house policy
  • No refunds or exchanges of any kind will occur if a patron is ejected based on an action above

Respect the musicians, volunteers, vendors and other concert goers the same way you would want to be respected

Please respect the local community when travelling to and from the event

Management has the right to remove people from the event regardless of ticket purchase. Patrons unwilling to adhere to House Rules will be asked to leave immediately and authorities contacted as required.

What are the Festival hours?

16 August – 17 August, 2019
  • Friday – Gates open at 4:00 pm, music starts 5:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm
  • Saturday – Gates open at 1:00 pm, music starts 2:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm

A specific schedule of the artists will be posted in the near future. The lineup is subject to change and we will try to keep festival attendees apprised of any changes before the event

What is the street address of the festival?

Live At The Falls will be presented on the grounds of The Gallipeau Centre,

Will tickets be available on site?

If capacity has not been reached, tickets will be on sale at the gate.

What items are permitted?

Can we leave and come back?

Yes, you will be able to come and go as long as you have proper identification and an un- tampered event bracelet for re-admittance.

What happens if I buy a ticket and cannot go?

Unfortunately there are no refunds.

What is the difference between a regular pass and a VIP pass?

Please see the ticket page for an explanation on the various passes available for this event.

Are concerts cancelled when it is raining?

Concerts are expected to go on rain or shine. There will be no refund if there is rain.

Are children admitted free to festival?

Children under the age of 12 will be admitted free to this event with an adult admission. The child will be banded for identification purposes and is to supervised at all times.

Are there accommodations for accessible clients?

People with disabilities are welcome to attend our event. The venue is wheelchair-accessible, however due to the ground’s natural terrain, it can be difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Collapsible lawn chairs are permitted throughout the site and we encourage those who may have difficulty standing for long periods to bring them.

Support persons can access the festival site without additional cost above the admission price for the patron with a disability (one support person per person with a disability).

The festival does not provide personal care but our Accessibility/Info Volunteer Team does offer push service and light support. Team volunteers will be roaming the site to offer support and stationed in the Accessibility/Information Team Tents (centrally located on the site) to offer guidance.

Service animals will be permitted.

How do I get to the festival?

Are there hotels in the area?

There are hotels in the area. Please visit our “Places to stay” tab on our Event Info page. Onsite rough camping will be available. All campers must be pre-registered.

Will there be an area to lock my bike?

There will be a designated area near the main gate where you may park your bike during the festivities. Please remember that Live At The Falls accepts no liability for personal property damage while you are on the grounds.

Where can I park my car/van/truck?

There is parking on site parking on site with a shuttle service to the festival field. Please follow the FREE PARKING signs as you arrive.

Will there be ATM machines on site?

There will be an ATM services on site. One machine can be found near the box office while the other is near the main bar tent.

Will there be First Aid stations on site?

Yes, there will be a first aid station on site along with emergency services.

Will there be food / beverage vendors on site?

Yes there will be food and beverage vendors on site along with several various exhibitors with various local merchandise and artwork. See list of Food Vendors.

Can I bring my own food and drink with me?

Outside food and drink will not be permitted. We have food and drink vendors on site as well as water refill stations. Special dietary concerns should be communicated ahead of time to info@latf.ca to avoid any complications at admissions.

Will there be band merchandise on sale at the festival?

Yes, the musicians will be selling merchandise at the festival. Cash sale only.

What environmental accommodations are you making for this festival?

There will recycling on site. We will have biodegradable food containers and cups.

Are there drinking water refill stations on site?

Yes, there are water refill stations on site.

Will there be toilets and hand-wash stations available on site?

Yes, there will be portable washrooms and hand wash stations on site. Handicapped access units will be available.

Can I bring my camera to take pictures?

Photography and video recording is only permitted by accredited media who have applied and been approved by Live At The Falls management two weeks prior to the event. Cameras and recording devices will not be permitted. (Personal cell phones are excluded. Photos or video of headlining acts is strictly prohibited and will be enforced by on site security. The media credential application may be found on the Live At The Falls website.

Is there a lost and found?

There will be a lost and found set up at our information tent near the main entrance. Inquiries may be directed to info@latf.ca

Can I bring my dog?

No, animals will not be permitted on the festival field. Service animals will be permitted.

Will there be a place to store my stuff?

No, lockers will not be provided. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. Live At The Falls accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

Will there be an information booth?

We will have an information booth set up at the front gate to provide patrons with information about the festival.

Volunteers and staff will be easily identifiable and available for your assistance; please do not hesitate to ask for help.

There will be a map to help you identify the location of first aid stations, lost child booths and the general lost and found areas.

Who may I contact regarding suggestions for improvement, compliments, etc.?

You may speak with any of our Live At The Falls volunteers, visit our information booth at the main entrance in person or send us an email with your suggestions and or compliments.

What should I do if I or someone in my party becomes ill?

Please speak to the closest Live At The Falls volunteer who will be pleased to assist you or present yourself at the information booth or first aid tent for assistance.

How can I be certain I am speaking with a Live At The Falls volunteer?

Live At The Falls volunteers will be wearing a white t-shirt with the Live At The Falls festival logo on the front and “VOLUNTEER” on the back and will also be wearing a photo id with Live At The Falls Volunteer, their name and languages they speak.

Quiet generators permitted but must be turned off from midnight to 8AM.

Camping is available for Friday-Sunday, and must be pre-booked and pre-paid.

Camping gates will be open for check in from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday.

One light vehicle per site booked will be permitted to park in the secured camping area.

All campsites are assigned upon arrival based on preferences indicated in your registration form. There are no bad sites. All units prepaid are guaranteed a spot. For those wishing to camp in groupings of 2 or more, or anyone with accessibility/special requirements please advise us of your needs at time of ticket purchase.

  • Camping is available for Friday-Saturday nights and sites must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
  • Registrants must be over 18 years of age
  • All campsites are assigned upon arrival in the area based on the size of your camping unit.

When can I check into my campsite?

Camping gates will be open for check in at 8:00 am Friday & Saturday. Check in closes at 8pm Friday and 4pm Saturday

Where do I check in?

Camping check in will take place at the camping entrance. Follow the “Camping Entrance” signs

How many vehicles are permitted per site?

  • One light vehicle or three motorcycles per site booked will be permitted to park in the secured camping area.
  • If you have an extra vehicle with your group you can park that in our camping overflow parking.

Can I have a fire in my campground?

There is no open burning allowed in the campgrounds. Portable propane cooking stoves are allowed and don’t fall under the fire ban.

How many people are allowed in a campsite?

Each person at your campsite must have a valid event ticket and camper access pass. There is a maximum of 6 people per camp site.

Are pets allowed at the festival?

Only service dogs are allowed on the festival show site.

Are there showers?

There are no showers available on site.

Can I bring food and beverages to my campground?

Food and drinks are permitted in the campground. No food or drinks are allowed to be taken out of the camping area.

Can I bring my ATV or dirt-bike?

MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED to roam at any time. This will be strictly enforced and will be cause for eviction from the campground and the festival grounds.

What time do the gates open?

The Festival main gates will open at 4:00 pm on Friday and 1:00 pm on Saturday.

What are the campground hours?

  • Quiet time in the campground runs from 12:00 am – 8:00 am.
  • Portable generators and any music must be turned off out of respect of local noise by-laws.

Can a friend pop over and visit me at my campsite?

  • Festival attendees are not allowed in the campgrounds unless they have a camper access or a visitor’s wristband.
  • Extra camping bands can be purchased at check in or at the box office on site for $20 provided your site is not already at capacity (6).
  • Visitors band will be given to registered camper’s. Visitors are to wait outside of the camping gate until the registered camper comes to meet them and take them on the site.

Can I come and go from the festival as I please?

  • Yes you are free to come and go as you please. On the first day when you arrive at the festival we’ll put a wristband on your wrist and that’s your pass in and out of the festival for the rest of your time with us.

Live At The Falls is dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for all music lovers. Our volunteers are committed to ensure ample and ready access to all of our festival amenities.

Please be aware that Live At The Falls does take place on natural terrain and that nature and weather may make that difficult to maneuver for all patrons.

All of our volunteers are directed to complete AODA training as part of their qualifications and acceptance. We have a dedicated team onsite for all operating hours to ensure that patrons with accessibility needs receive the information and assistance they may require.

Accessible parking is located just outside the main gate. Accessibility volunteers in this area and the shuttle drop off area, are clearly recognized by their white Live at the Falls Volunteer t-shirt with the globally recognized blue wheelchair logo on their sleeve.

One support person and service animal are welcome free of admission charge. Prominently labeled Information/Accessibility tents on site can provide rest areas for patrons and service animals as required.

I don’t have my ticket yet. Can I purchase it at the gate?
